Terms of service
Last updated 23 September 2026. These terms apply to design, development and hosting work carried out by MiccaDev, and to the use of this website. A signed offer or written agreement for a specific project takes precedence over anything here.
1. Who you are contracting with
Services are provided by Spectrovibe OÜ, trading as MiccaDev ("I", "me"). You are the client ("you"). Questions about contracts and invoices go to info@spectrovibe.com; day-to-day project communication goes to info@micca.dev.

2. How a project starts
You describe what you need. I reply with a written offer covering the scope, an estimate of the time required and the rate or fixed price. Work begins once you accept that offer in writing, by email or any other durable written form. Anything not listed in the offer is out of scope until we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Changes to the scope
Scope changes are normal. New requests are estimated separately and added to the project once you approve them. Small adjustments that take a few minutes are simply done, without a new estimate.
4. Your part
To keep a project moving you provide the content, access and decisions it needs, within a reasonable time. Where access to servers, accounts or third-party services is required, you grant it or arrange it. Delays on your side move the delivery dates accordingly.
If you do not reply to project messages for 14 days, the project may be closed with written notice. Work completed up to that point is invoiced, and any advance payment is offset against it. If the advance exceeds the completed work, the difference is returned. The project can be restarted later as a new order, subject to my availability.
5. Prices, invoices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros and exclude VAT. Spectrovibe OÜ is registered for VAT in Estonia, and VAT is added to the invoice according to where you are and whether you buy as a business:
- Businesses in Estonia are invoiced with Estonian VAT at the standard rate.
- VAT-registered businesses in another EU country are invoiced at 0% under the reverse-charge rule (Article 196, Council Directive 2006/112/EC). You account for VAT in your own country. Your valid VAT number, checked in the EU VIES system, is required before the first invoice.
- Businesses outside the EU are invoiced without Estonian VAT, as the service is supplied where your business is established. Any local taxes in your country are your responsibility.
- Private individuals are invoiced with Estonian VAT at the standard rate, as the service is provided from Estonia.
Payment terms, including any advance payment, are agreed with you in the offer before work begins. Invoices are sent by email from info@spectrovibe.com and are payable within the term stated on the invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer in euros. Any bank or currency conversion fees on your side are paid by you, so that the full invoiced amount is received. Overdue amounts may carry statutory late-payment interest, and work may be paused until the account is settled.
6. Delivery and acceptance
Work is delivered in stages where that makes sense, with a short written report of what was done. You have 5 working days from delivery to report anything that does not match the agreed scope. After that, the delivery is considered accepted. Faults found after acceptance are handled as described in section 10.
7. Third-party services
Projects often rely on hosting, domains, plugins, libraries and other third-party services. Their own terms, prices and availability apply, and those are outside my control. Where I purchase them on your behalf, the cost is passed on to you without markup unless agreed otherwise.
8. Rights to the work
Once the project is paid in full, you receive the rights to use the delivered result for your business, including the source code and the final design files produced specifically for you. I keep the rights to any general-purpose components, libraries and tools used to build it, and may reuse them in other projects. Third-party components keep their own licences.
Final design files (exported images, graphics and other ready-to-use formats) are yours to use anywhere and in any way you like. Design working originals, such as layered or editable source files, are not part of the delivery. They are kept for 6 months after delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing, and can be handed over only by separate written agreement.
Unless you ask otherwise in writing, I may show the finished work in my portfolio and name you as the client.
9. Confidentiality
Anything you share that is not public is treated as confidential and is not passed to third parties, except to partners working on your project under the same obligation, or where the law requires disclosure. Where I handle personal data on your behalf, the privacy policy and a separate data processing agreement apply.
10. Support after delivery
Critical issues and faults in the delivered work are fixed free of charge for 60 days after delivery. They are handled as soon as possible and strictly within the scope of the fault: the fix restores what was agreed, without adding new features.
This does not cover problems caused by changes made by you or others, updates to third-party software, plugins or services, changes in hosting or server environment, or use beyond what was agreed.
Any extended work, new features or changes to requirements are ordered as a separate project. After the 60-day period, all work, including fixes, is ordered as a new project.
11. Liability
I am liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. I am not liable for lost profit, lost data where backups were your responsibility, or for interruptions in third-party services. These limits do not apply where mandatory law, including consumer protection law, provides otherwise.
Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as illness, natural disasters, power or network outages, or failures of third-party providers. The affected party informs the other without delay, and deadlines move by the length of the disruption.
12. Ending the agreement
Either of us may end a project in writing at any time. You pay for the work carried out up to that point, and you receive what has been completed and paid for.
Some projects are paid partly in advance. That payment reserves time in my schedule, and other work is turned down to make room for yours. If you end a project after it has been planned and scheduled, for any reason, the advance payment is not refunded. It covers the reserved time, which cannot be resold at short notice. If I end the project for reasons not caused by you, the part of the advance not covered by completed work is returned in full.
Payments for third-party licences, themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, domains, hosting and similar products are final. I buy them on your behalf as an intermediary, under the supplier's own terms, so these amounts cannot be refunded if the project ends early or the product does not meet expectations. Any refund or warranty claim for such a product is made with its supplier, and I will help you with that where I can.
If you are a private individual in the EU, you may withdraw from a contract made at a distance within 14 days of accepting the offer, without giving a reason. If you ask for work to start within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the work carried out until withdrawal. Once the service has been fully performed at your request, the right of withdrawal ends. The advance payment rules above apply to private individuals only as far as consumer law allows.
13. Using this website
The content of micca.dev, including text, images and the marks shown on it, belongs to Spectrovibe OÜ or its licensors. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to it. The site is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
14. Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. We try to settle any disagreement by talking first. If that fails, the dispute is resolved by Harju County Court in Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another court. Private individuals may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee).
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, and the date at the top changes with them. The version accepted when your project started continues to apply to that project. These terms may also be published in Estonian and Russian. If the versions differ, the Estonian version prevails.
